Yesterday, while hundreds of New Yorkers were beginning a yoga session in Times Square, I picked up my guests from Panama City, Florida for what would become an unforgettable NYC adventure. By the time we returned to Times Square around 1:30 PM, the yoga class was just ending. In those same few hours, my guests had breakfast at Bagel Pub, enjoyed sweets at Dominique Ansel, had lunch at L’Industrie Pizzeria, and finished with cheesecake at NYC’s number one spot, Eileen’s. They shopped at CutandCropped in SoHo and Mure and Grand in Little Italy, explored iconic landmarks, movie locations, hidden gems, and experienced neighborhoods all across Manhattan. Along the way, we stopped at Caffe Reggio, one of NYC’s oldest coffeehouses and the place that introduced cappuccino to America. While taking photos outside, we met the owner, who invited us in and spent 10 minutes sharing its incredible history. For a moment, it felt less like a café and more like we had stepped into a museum and traveled back in time.
Yesterday, someone told me, “If you believe you showed people NYC in four hours, you are delulu.” That comment genuinely made me think. Maybe she’s right. Nobody can see all of New York in four hours, not even a lifetime. I’m not , but after nearly two decades of guiding in New York, experience has taught me a little magic. And that magic is showing people not just the city, but the magic of New York itself.
This is Night from Your NYC Guide, where you experience the very best of NYC in one unforgettable tour. 🗽✨
