If you’re gonna do it, do it right. While you’re on Peterbrooke’s site, I recommend the toffee bars and chocolate covered Nutter Butters and the white chocolate pretzels. Heaven help me when the brand sends me product…

A few of my favorite things…
I don’t set resolutions on Jan 1. I do it on my birthday. 44 today.
This year, I find myself FILLED with gratitude for everything I have accomplished and experienced and dreamed and manifested.
A full-time freelance creative, playing with food and being myself on camera, at home.
Where do I go from here?!

Excited for all the things I don’t yet have the audacity to pursue, for all the pursuits I’m building towards, and deepening my understanding of life itself.
So so grateful to be in the company of my favorite people, to feel appreciated and belonging.
Special thank you to my mom for doing all the work 44 years ago ;) and to my dad for his annual call at 11am on the dot.

4 days til 44…first piece of advice (that no one asked for) to thrive in your 40s: lean into yourself. Invest, explore, be curious, and rest in yourself.

Focus on joy and pleasure - and if you don’t know where to find that yet, get curious. Get selfish. Surprise yourself. Do the thing(s) you “always wanted to do.”

You need no permission or allowance. It’s yours for the taking.
