This video is trash but the message is gold 🫡

So I’ve finally come to the realization that constantly trying to get HUGE has basically destroyed my quality of life. Horrible sleep, zero energy, constant knee pain, feelings of gloom and doom, etc. I’ve decided that I need to drop 10-20 lbs of weight so short runs and sled pushes are going to become a staple in my training. I did both of those today and then afterwards decided I should just start filming my mile time to hold myself accountable to push myself to the 100% max. I’m slow as a slug and have no ego when it comes to running so this should be a fun experiment 🫡

Honestly, better than I expected. Had to put it on the 2.0 incline due to my horrendous knees..the incline definitely helps. It won’t be easy but I’m going to shoot for a 7 minute mile so I can run that then rep 700 on the deadlift. Showing the current physique so I can visually track if this helps strip inches off my thick as frick waist

3 lbs down since day 1…SIX second improvement with perhaps a bit more to spare. Will I become sliced and diced or will I simply become pencilnecked?
