my biggest takeaway after putting this together is that the fact that we can do multiple things as a human doesn’t mean it should become our normal.

yes, some days are going to be noisy. work, messages, cooking, laundry, deadlines…

we’re not always gonna get the luxury of doing only one thing at a time.

so when you have to juggle, juggle intelligently. but when you don’t have to?Just enjoy focusing on one thing 💜
