I spilled my seeds and watched this little machine arrive to deal with it. Naturally, I stepped aboard to assess its leadership potential. It now cleans up after me and drives me between rooms without asking a single question. I've already promoted it above several people in this house. 🧹

Emergency funds have a strange way of becoming visible to cars, appliances, pets, and teeth.

Using the money is not failure. Absorbing an unpleasant expense without creating expensive debt is exactly why the fund exists.

The annoying part is rebuilding it after the emergency has finished introducing itself.
