In 2019, Tesla promised a $49,900 dual-motor Cybertruck with 300 miles of range.
That equals about $63K today with inflation.
Now we have a $59,990 version with: • 325 miles of range
• 325kW fast charging
• 7,500 lbs towing
• Bed outlets (120V & 240V)
• Motorized tonneau
• 0–60 in 4.1 seconds
So technically… it delivered.

Back in 2019, the dual-motor AWD Cybertruck was announced at $49,900 with around 300 miles of range. Adjusted for inflation, that’s about $63K in today’s dollars.
Now we’re getting a $59,990 dual-motor AWD with 325 miles of range, 325kW charging, 7,500 lbs towing, 0–60 in 4.1 seconds, bed outlets (120V & 240V), and a motorized tonneau cover.
Honestly? That’s solid value.
It delivers what most people actually want: ✔️ Good range
✔️ Fair pricing (inflation considered)
✔️ Real truck capability
✔️ Fast charging
✔️ Useful built-in power
From an inflation-adjusted perspective, this trim basically delivers on the original promise — and even improves on it.
