Most people have no idea what chicken by-product meal actually is. I picked up one of the most popular bags in the store. Third ingredient. I would not put this in my dog. Not once in four generations.

Your dog’s itching is not a skin problem.

It is a pH problem.
Equal parts apple cider vinegar and water. Spray bottle. Mist the coat. Two ingredients. That is the whole thing. On this farm we have done this for years.

Warm water. Half a cup of raw apple cider vinegar. Ten minutes. The vinegar rebalances the skin and makes it impossible for yeast and bacteria to survive.

On this farm we have done this for years. No vet visit. No expensive products. Just two ingredients from the kitchen.

Soak three times a week. Within two weeks the scratching slows, the smell disappears, and the paws stop looking red and raw.

This is what happens to a dog‘s body when you stop feeding it from a bag and start putting real food in the bowl.

Week one the bad breath gets lighter. The gut starts moving the way it was always meant to. Week two the tartar stops building. The teeth look different before anyone says a word. Week four the coat changes. The dullness lifts. The shedding slows. The eyes get brighter. Week eight people are asking you what you changed. Not because you told them. Because they can see it.

On this farm this is not a transformation. This is just what happens when a dog eats what a dog was meant to eat. American dog owners spend thousands at the vet treating problems that start in the bowl. Bad breath. Dull coat. Yellow teeth. Low energy. All of it coming from the same place. All of it fixable with the same fix.

The body already knows what to do. You just have to stop getting in its way.

Your dog’s bad breath is not a mouth problem. It never was. The mouth just shows you what the gut has been doing for months. On our farm the dogs have never had bad breath. Not once. Not in four generations. Because we have never fed them things that rot inside. Wheatgrass. Dandelion. Brewer‘s yeast. Things that grow. That is the whole thing.

My niece took me to one of those big conventions last month. A man came up to us. Tall. Serious. He said he had a farm in Pennsylvania. I said we have a farm too. We talked for a while. My niece was shaking the entire time and would not tell me why until we got to the car.
