No idea why we hated the idea of going to the Mermaid Parade for so many years. Definitely a highlight of this summer.

Plus we always wanted to try this contrast pop style of photography. Would you come even if you knew it would be 90°F?

December 25. Everything is closed. Despite the crowds on the streets, the evening is quite pleasant. Great chance to capture some shots of the unusually warm city.

During the holidays New York becomes as empty as other American city on a usual day.

After the parade was over Max and I took a nice stroll from Greenpoint to Williamsburg and I took some autumn shots on my Leica.

Enjoy the warmth while you can.

Mid Fall in the city. That means I grab my Leica and get out in Central Park.

My plan is to get some last warmth of the sun and the color of the foliage.

People seem to enjoy this time the most and they look relaxed in these shots. I hope you enjoy them too.
