Give our elders and disabled some grace.
We get annoyed when things slow us down. I do too. But most of the time the delay is about convenience, not intent. A little patience, a little space, a calm word, those small things change someone's day more than we realize.
This is not moral grandstanding. It is a reminder: kindness is practical and cheap. If you can spare a minute, or a kinder tone, please do. It matters.
