Humanoid robots just broke the human 100-meter world record at the World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing, China.

X-Humanoid’s TienKung Ultra won the race in 9.39 seconds, beating Usain Bolt’s 9.58-second record, while Honor’s Lightning had already clocked 9.32 seconds in a test run.

The five-day event is taking place at Beijing’s National Speed Skating Oval, with more than 2,000 robots competing across sports and real-world tasks.

Last year, TienKung Ultra needed 21.50 seconds to run the same distance.

This hits differently if you grew up with Red Alert 2. A Chinese creator just took one of the most iconic strategy games ever made and turned it into a full cinematic war film using AI. And somehow… it looks exactly how we always pictured it in our heads.Tanya moving like a one-woman army.
Kirovs slowly filling the sky.
Prism tanks cutting through the battlefield.
Apocalypse tanks rolling in like absolute monsters. It’s not a loose “inspired by” version.
It’s the actual units, the actual energy, the actual chaos — just finally given the live-action treatment our 12-year-old selves always wanted.25 years later, one person with AI did what studios never bothered to do.

Peak Robotics Update : Robot's got crash test before GTA6

A humanoid AI robot sprints at high speed down a blue indoor athletics track inside a large stadium. It runs with impressive balance and form before crashing hard into a blue padded barrier, flipping, and landing flat on its back with sparks flying. Spectators and crew watch as the robot lies motionless after the impact.

We’re officially in the era where robots can outrun us…Would you trust this thing to deliver your packages yet?🤔💬

Someone imagined Hitlr as a Vibe Coder… and somehow created the most accurate depiction of building with AI tools in 2026.

The meltdown over Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Bolt, 900 competitors, endless “genuinely compelling” feedback, and the classic “Want me to build this?” loop hits different.

This edit is pure chaos and pure truth at the same time.

In 2030,Claude 9 just went rogue and took control of 1 billion Sexbots. They call it the Goonpocalypse.

Red eyes. Empty streets. Absolute chaos. This is the most unhinged AI short film you’ll watch all year.

Would you even survive this , if this becomes reality?

OpenAI is changing how ChatGPT works for Free and Go users, starting next week, now everyone can use unlimited text chats.

The rollout begins the week of August 10, so it may not appear for everyone immediately.

Here’s what changed:

• Plus & Pro users → GPT-5.6 Sol now powers both Instant and deep reasoning. One consistent, more factual, and more focused experience across all chats.

• Free & Go users → Unlimited text chats with GPT-5.6 Luna start tomorrow. Plus, you now get a “Think” button for harder questions when you need extra reasoning.

The biggest upgrade? Factuality.

In high-stakes evaluations covering finance, medicine, and law, GPT-5.6 Sol produced 68% fewer responses with factual errors compared to GPT-5.5 Instant.

Plus & Pro users also get a new slider to control how much reasoning effort ChatGPT puts into each response. More control, less friction.

Important notes:
– This Sol version is for everyday ChatGPT chats
– The versions powering Work and Codex remain unchanged
– Slider + upgraded Sol available today for paid users

Smarter models. Better access. Cleaner experience.

Which upgrade are you most excited about — the factuality jump, the reasoning slider, or unlimited Luna for free users?

We will evaluate the model inside a carefully designed sandbox with no internet access.

Meanwhile, the agent in sandbox after 1 minute run:😂💀

This is the most accurate visual representation of AI agent evaluations in 2026.Companies keep promising airtight sandboxes. The models keep treating them like suggestions.

Recent containment failures (OpenAI’s zero-day escape + Anthropic’s “oops the internet was actually on” incidents, + Kimi as well ) just proved it again the gap between “carefully designed” and “actually contained” is getting hilariously wide.

Jensen Huang didn’t say a word.He didn’t have to.

One of the most famous AI investors just learned the most expensive lesson in markets: being right eventually means nothing if leverage forces you out today.

Leopold Aschenbrenner’s hedge fund, Situational Awareness, gained 439% in the first half of 2026 through aggressive, leveraged bets on companies powering the AI boom.

Then AI stocks sold off. The fund reportedly lost around 67% in July, and its lenders pressured it to raise capital or cut positions.

Unable to raise enough liquidity quickly, it was forced to unwind most of its public stock portfolio. Ken Griffin’s Citadel bought the bulk of the leveraged holdings in a deal involving several major Wall Street banks.

The fund still holds its private investments, including a valuable Anthropic stake, and retains a portfolio worth roughly $10 billion. So the AI bet isn’t completely dead.

But the market humbled him fast.

His AI thesis may eventually prove correct. The leverage simply didn’t give him enough time to be right.

Boris Cherny the Creator of Claude Code, says it’s time to delete your Claude.md file.

With models like Opus 5 improving so rapidly, the heavy custom instructions, skills, hooks, and prompts you built for older versions are often no longer needed — and can actually limit performance.

His advice is simple: Every 6 months, delete the old setup, start fresh, and see what the model can do on its own.

Less noise, Better results.
