Another installment in a series & our personal favorite.
Paul Christie is one of our all-time favorite voice actors. Great guy, awesome to work with, wildly talented. And talk about range. The same guy playing the "juggler" in this spot we did with him years ago is also Budweiser's Louie the Lizard.
(Another tidbit: Paul is reading with the already-Talent-Spotlighted Harry Prichett.)

In honor of Amazon Prime Day: "AM/FM radio and podcasts are ideal medium platforms for retailers and e-commerce brands."
This week, Amazon will debut its 10th Prime Day event. From July 16 at 12:01 a.m. PDT through July 17, Prime members will get exclusive access to millions of deals. Since the inception of Amazon Prime Day, the audio audience has been the engine of e-commerce purchases.
For our next installment of Talent Spotlight, we're recognizing one of our all-time favorite voice actors. Paul Hecht not only has an amazing voice - more importantly, he knows precisely how to use it. There were so many spots we could have featured...but this one sort of says it all. (The commercial is so old, at this point the "Kid" is probably 30. But hats off to him, too.)
Take a listen.
Yet another in a Series: Use radio the way Marconi intended.
Quick read about "...radio’s dual strength in driving immediate consumer action and fostering enduring brand relationships."
In short, radio is underrated.

Well this one was inevitable. Two of our all-time favorites are featured together today in our latest Talent Spotlight.
This commercial for Buffalo Wild Wings demonstrates the great timing & super-distinct voices of both Brian McFadden and Keri Setaro. Love working with them both.

This month we have an extra-special Talent Spotlight.
Joe Narciso performed in some of our favorite radio ads over the years.
Back in 2003, Joe was diagnosed with Parkinson's, and for years the voiceover community in NYC has been supporting Joe by walking with him in the annual Parkinson's Unity Walk powered by The Michael J. Fox Foundation. They'll be out there again tomorrow in Central Park.
So we not only wanted to share this spot he did with us for Yahoo back in the day (Joe's the "caller"), we would like to ask that you support Joe in his fight.

Audiences that hear a commercial across radio, streaming, and podcasting are nearly TWICE as likely to make a purchase based on that ad.
And that's why we're here.
Brands leveraging a cross-platform audio approach - radio, streaming, and podcasts - are seeing superior business outcomes, per new data.
In our latest installment of Talent Spotlight we salute one of the more unique voices we've worked with over the years. Chuck's folksy sound is what makes him one-of-a-kind, but he's especially great with comedy. As demonstrated here in a spot we did for NatGeo. "Buckle up, Billy."

Kind words from one of the truly nice guys in the ad biz. Thanks, Jeff.
Radio > TV
In 2023, Nielsen dropped the blockbuster news that AM/FM radio's total audience overtook television for the first time in history. Days short of the first anniversary of that study, Nielsen now reveals that three-percent advantage has soared as TV gets left behind.
We've done hundreds of spots for Staples over the years, but many will remember the "Staples Guy" campaign from both radio & TV. Brendan Bradley was the perfect 'straight man' to those we'd cast opposite him. This time: Marc Fine, one of the very best character actors we've worked with over the years. That's the great Steven Ogg pulling VO-duty.

For the price of one 30-second spot this Sunday an advertiser could buy a three-month campaign on network radio that would reach 50% more people. Holy moly.
Marketers are paying a reported $6.47 million for a network TV spot in Sunday’s Super Bowl LVIII telecast, allowing them to reach north of 100 million viewers for 30 seconds.
We worked on lots of Ford Genuine Parts radio with John, and he's one of the good guys in the industry. Super talented writer, too.

There are certain actors who 'bring it' to every recording session; you just know the spot is going to turn out great when they get booked for it. Jim and Alicia fit that category. Literally, two of the best we've ever worked with. Here they are - as a bickering duo - in a spot we did for IBM.

I first met John Tenaglia while caddying for him at Manufacturers' CC outside Philly. He was incredibly gracious, actually inviting me and my dad to his home to discuss the radio business. I was probably 15 at the time. My first job 'in the biz' was working for John as an intern at WIFI 92, while in high school...my duties included, among other things, mowing the lawn at the transmitter. But, hey, I was in radio! And the rest is history. Thanks to John.

We've loved working with Harry Prichett for so many years. He's got a great voice & perfect timing and he's also one of the nicest guys in the biz. This spot goes way back to 1999 and was our 1st Dead Radio Award winner.
