Love this! I called this tethered decompression, but it’s essentially the same exercise. If you have a dog that has a difficult time settling this is a great exercise to try. She explains it beautifully.!

This is just a short reel of today’s lesson with Luna and we worked on confidence building exercises like this bridge as well as helping her be calm as people approach. And also just looking at the world around her to take it in and understand it’s not so scary. The key to her improvement is leadership and clear communication through not only obedience and play, but just experiencing the world!
