Day three of my day training program is done out and about in town and in different stores that allow dogs. This is where we proof all of the obedience commands of let’s go, heel, sit, down, sit-stay down-stay, leave it and of course, come.

So his owner says that he will sit and wait for his food as a good boy should no problem. It’s when they have guests to the house and they put them on a sit/Stay that he has more issues holding that stay. Today , I’ll work with people being a distraction on a stay and I’m going to choose the down-stay for that one.
