January to December… a full year of growth.

January to May, I stayed consistent. June to now, I slacked… but I feel that urge to get back on track. By next May, I’ll be turning 40! šŸŽ‰

Life has ups and downs, but what really matters is that we get back up every time. I’ve been hard on myself for slacking, but the truth is… I wasn’t doing anything about it. Now, it’s time to set my new year goals, level up, and be better than yesterday. šŸ–¤
Ps. In the course of the year I went to crunch, Edge & the ymca.

Lately, I haven’t been as consistent with fitness content—new job, new routine, and honestly… just life.

But this season is teaching me something deeper:
šŸ’« Discipline is powerful, but so is balance.

I’m learning to smile through the shifts, enjoy the little moments (like Friday night dinner with friends šŸ’›), and embrace the reality I’m in.

Not perfect, just present.
Not always grinding, but always growing.
