Can the Newberg High School wrestling team top last season, when it walked away with its fourth Class 6A state championship in the past five seasons?

Head coach Neil Russo is cautiously optimistic.

"It's a little early to start talking about state titles, but we think we can be a top contender," he said in an email. "We will find out a lot about where we are and where we need to get to in the next couple of weeks."
