For more than 132 years, there has been a school located on Fifth Street in Dundee

And even though the duties of the last iteration, an elementary school, shifted to a new building in September 2024, the building has remained a familiar icon on the town's landscape.

That will no longer be the case in the coming years, as the building and the 4.47 acres on which it rests were recently sold to a developer.
