🍓 Tropical Yogurt & Berry Parfait
🥣 Ingredients:
1 cup plain or Greek yogurt

1/2 cup granola

1/2 mango, diced

1 kiwi, sliced

1/4 cup strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup raspberries

1/4 cup blackberries

1–2 tsp honey (optional)

Fresh mint for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
2️⃣ Add a layer of diced mango and a few berries.
3️⃣ Sprinkle half the granola over the fruit.
4️⃣ Add remaining yogurt.
5️⃣ Top with kiwi slices, more mango, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Ingredients:
🥬 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🥑 1 ripe avocado, sliced
🥒 1 cucumber, diced
🥚 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
🍗 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
🫒 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
🧀 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Dressing:
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🥄 1/4 cup olive oil
🥄 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:
