Phan Media is a creative arts web-show showcasing Indie and local artists as well as venues throughout the Hudson Valley. Programming will be a bi-weekly, short segmented webisodes hosted by local artists and or creatives. Occasionally, there will be guest hosts from some of our local and Indie artists. Segments will include, but not limited to, showcases, performances of artists along with their
interviews, local and Indie artists' music videos and the arts community updates. Features will spotlight art galleries, dance and music studios as well as some of their administration. There will also be a portion of the show focusing on other creatives such as DJ's, music producers and beat makers, graphic designers, photographers and other artisans. This element will either give us a glimpse into a day in the life of or the process of their artistry. Our aim is to highlight our artists and creatives while illuminating the Hudson Valley Arts community with visual communication. Using the medium of video will also increase the impact of cross promotion, artist promotion and art awareness throughout our region and beyond, more so than text (blogs, websites, paper media) and or radio (commercial or online) but will also be supplemented by the latter mediums. The show airs via the Internet using our page, where it started, Phanatiks Entertainment's website, Vimeo, YouTube and other social media sites. PM's home base is located in the office of Phanatiks Entertainment in the Umbra north office building in Newburgh, NY with the showcasing and interviews facilitated in venues throughout the mid-Hudson region. Other production will be filmed on location pertaining to the segments and or the event. Phan Media is self-funded and self-produced and will be looking for sponsors and funding.
