He is 9 months old and is an energetic and loving Austrian Shepherd Cattle mix! Though he’s still young, Simba is already such a wonderful puppy with a heart full of love. He thrives playing with his foster doggy siblings and is fully crate trained—he’s perfectly happy to hang out in his crate while his foster mom is at work. Simba is almost full grown and he weighs 35 pounds. We do not think that he will get over 40-45 pounds when full grown.
Simba is learning to be confident around kids and is making great progress—he’s already getting used to the excitement at the ball fields after being a little nervous at first. He adores car rides, enjoys snuggling (and makes sure to get as close to your neck as possible!), and is a devoted companion once he warms up.
Simba is a strong chewer, so he’ll need durable toys and bones that can stand up to his powerful jaws. Despite his playful energy, he has a gentle, loving side and just wants to share it with the right family. Simba truly deserves a forever home filled with love, fun, and snuggles.
