We had such a wonderful time this weekend gathered with friends around God’s Word. If Friend to Friend LIVE 2026 crossed your mind even once in prayer, “Thank you!” God brought every detail together so beautifully and I truly believe His will was accomplished. 🩷

“For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.” Romans 15:4

📣Early registration is now available for Friend to Friend LIVE 2026 at srbcnewnan.com! We are looking forward to this special time of gathering with friends around God’s Word: April 17-18, 2026.

💙Our theme this year is, “My Heart | His Throne,” based on the scripture verse, Deuteronomy 6:5, “And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,…” So often our hearts are led astray to worship lesser gods of the world. Idolatry can deceptively creep into our hearts through forms of sin, pleasures, jobs, loved ones and ultimately, self-fulfillment. It is my prayer that as we gather around God’s Word during this year’s conference, we will sweep the corners of our hearts of all but God, putting Christ in His rightful place - the throne of our hearts.

I am pleased to share that Mrs. Francie Taylor will be joining us again as our guest teacher for Friend to Friend LIVE 2026! As a podcast guest, friend and encourager, Francie has exemplified a life centered on the Word of God and a relationship with Christ. I am thankful for her willingness to invest in others for the cause of Christ!

This year we will also have the pleasure of hosting the Andrew Johnson family .Their ministry of “Go•Preach•Sing” will be a tremendous blessing through song and music at F2F LIVE 2026!

Prayers appreciated for God’s blessing on this gathering to strengthen our church and further our impact in the community for Christ!

🤍What a blessing Friend to Friend LIVE 2025 was this past weekend! It was wonderful to gather around God’s Word with friends, new and old, to focus our attention on being Heavenly minded. We were tremendously blessed by the Johnson family’s special music and Renee Bryant’s teaching. I’m so grateful to serve the Lord with the ladies of Solid Rock Baptist Church and for the sisterhood we share in Christ!

📣Registration is now open for F2F LIVE 2025 at srbcnewnan.com! Join us for F2F LIVE 2025, to be held on April 11 & 12 hosted by myself and the ladies of Solid Rock Baptist Church. Our theme this year is “Heavenly Minded,” with our text verse of Colossians 3:2 “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” I am so pleased to share that in praying and preparing for F2F LIVE 2025, the Lord led me to invite Renee Bryant to be our guest speaker. Renee is the Special Projects Coordinator for Abeka, the largest publisher of Christian textbooks, located in Pensacola, Florida.

This year we will also have the pleasure of hosting the Andrew Johnson family. Their ministry of “Go, Preach, Sing” will be a tremendous blessing through song and music at F2F LIVE 2025!

🤍In times like these, I am persuaded by God and His Word that we ought to be ever diligent to set our affection on things above, not on things on earth. Every lesson and song will point us to the Bible, the Christian’s guide through this short time on earth and our foundation for the next life to come. We know that the return of Christ is imminent, our lives are but a v***r and that only what is done for Christ will last for eternity. Yet how easily the cares of this life tend to choke out the good seed of God’s Word in our lives! It is my prayer that this year’s theme will cause us to lift our eyes to our Saviour and His coming Heavenly Kingdom. As believers, I also pray that the Kingdom of God will expand in our hearts as our faith is strengthened in His Word.

☀️This summer I have re-opened the podcast for a short season of sharing sessions from F2F LIVE 2024, themed Keep Thy Heart! I pray that these lessons will strengthen your relationship with God and His Word, creating a fervor to, “Keep thy heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.” Proverbs 4:23
