After over 1 year in a tiny (under 500 sq ft) studio for $1600 per month, I finally found the perfect 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath Townhome. It is on NW 60th right near the beach for $1500 month, unfurnished, has a garage. I am furnishing it and I am very comfortable being alone, but someday may meet a compatible roommate someday, not necessarily a partner. I can afford the place nicely on my income, so it would have to be the perfect person. Just thought that I would through this out there, as I truly understand how difficult housing is here. PM me, like I say, I am not in any hurry, but you never know.
