1230 PM EDT...

At 1143 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rutledge, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Rogersville, Rutledge, Bean Station, Russellville,
Mosheim, Bulls Gap, Thorn Hill, Panther Creek State Park, and Buffalo
Springs.
