🎸✨ Recreating Garcia’s rig and lending it to musicians. ✨🎸

🚚🎶 Jerry’s Rack is ready to roll - and ready to be rolled out on display.

🎙️📼 I also threw in a vintage Sony TC-D5 and Sennheiser 441 mic setup, fully operational and in pristine condition - the go-to taping rig of the Grateful Dead.

🌍 It will be out in the wild very soon, and while it won’t be played in its entirety until next month, stay tuned for a special announcement there 👀⚡️

🙏 I’m incredibly grateful for the last three to four months spent with generous musicians, technicians, and builders 🛠️🎸 who have shared their time, expertise, and craft to help get these racks to a place where they can now be lent out.

🏷️ Through thoughtful labeling, 🎛️ real-world musician advice and touring insight, 🚐 and people who genuinely care about how this gear will be used - not just how it looks, we’ve been able to get it to this point.

🙌 A quick shout-out to the vendors who’ve been especially generous with their knowledge and guidance. I’m not even touching the musicians here - 🎵🔥 they’re the inspiration and the hope for where this goes next.

💡 One thing I’ve really enjoyed in creating this is investing in other people’s businesses through action - 💸🎚️ buying their gear, putting it to use, and getting it out where people can see it, hear it, and hopefully want to use it themselves. That’s who I am, and that’s what this is about

🎸 Recreating Garcia’s rig and lending it to musicians

I love doing things for the first time. Especially when you give yourself enough time to adjust, learn, and improve along the way. The first one doesn’t have to be full of nicks — it can be a well-thought-out, refined build, and that’s exactly what I’m after here.

So here we are:

⚙️ Branding phase — I’ve always wanted to get some type of branding on the cases.
🎶 Equipment tuning — still with Garrin Benfield from Shakedown Citi for valuable lessons learned from using the rack on the road.
🧰 Power conditioning upgrade — thanks to Dan Jams, I found a 1U LED front power unit we can brand as part of the rack. (If you know me, you know I love good branding.)
🪫 Three total builds planned — each a little smarter, sleeker, and more performance-ready than the last.

All good things take time, and this is shaping up beautifully.
We’re aiming for a year-end handoff to our touring artist, hopefully with a special twist involving a few younger musicians you might recognize 👀

🎶 Who Is Bella Rayne? 🎶

I’ve always loved live music — seeing the Dead and Jerry Garcia so many times gave me a front-row education on the front side of the stage.

Now I’m putting my marketing chops to work on the other side of the stage — helping one of my favorite young musicians, Bella Rayne, sell out the historic Mercury Lounge in NYC on Tuesday, October 14 at 9 PM. 🌆🎸

This is going to be a big night — execs in the room, small venue, huge energy.

⚡ We’re also putting the final touches on a special meet-and-greet — it’s going to be a blast, limited spots, and I’ve got some fun swag + giveaways lined up.

Who is Bella Rayne 🎸

Let’s talk guitars. One of Bella’s favorites is her Gibson Gold Top — that shimmering, vintage-style Les Paul with a tone that just roars. ⚡ The gold top has been a Deadhead favorite for decades, and Bella makes it her own with that edgy, deliberate style that fans can’t stop talking about.

Fun fact: Bella often played side-by-side with Alex Jordan, who also rocks a Gold Top. Watching the two trade lines on matching guitars is pure magic — like a nod to tradition but with new fire. 🔥

Bella’s Gold Top is just one part of her sound, but if you catch her live, you’ll see how much power she pulls from it.
