You’re stuck mentally, physically and - literally.
You’ve been using the same 16 week plan for each half marathon.
You’ve been running your runs at the same pace every single week.
You’re using the same program that got you to cross the marathon finish last time…
But wondering why you’re not making progress *this* time???
Our bodies are so smart that they learn, perform, and then adapt and adapt and adapt. Suddenly, progress begins to plateau…
If you are following the same plan, or doing what you’ve always done - you are going to be stuck, literally.
If you want to start making improvement, or at least change from the “stuck”, start with one small tweak.
✅ One less day running, and extra day of rest
✅ Run one run slower and another a tad faster
✅ If you’ve been following one program, reach out for another resource.
✅ Not strength training? Add in 1 day a week.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, but if you DO want to finallyyy move the needle, get faster, stronger, make visible improvement… a change would do ya good 👏🙂↕️
