The biggest win you can have as a runner has nothing to do with race day.

It’s building a relationship with running that can actually hold up when your race potentially falls apart - and that’s EXACTLY what gave Lauren the strength and perspective to handle this situation with grace & strength 💖

The human body is SO smart. It improves and then it adapts.

And if you feel like you’ve done it ALL (cause I know you have knocked your training outta the park) and still don’t feel any improvement…

The only thing holding her back was the belief that her age meant her potential was capped.

It didn’t.

She just needed a system that actually supported her and a coach who believes in her - with the exact tools to get their 🤝🏃‍♀️💪🔥

What being a women’s run coach REALLY is:

I’ve always said my coaching style is human-centered. To best support the women in my world, I need to be able to see the entire woman, mother, teacher, nurse, sister, daughter, spouse etc… not just the runner she is or wants to be.

‼️Running can become that seamless, strong constant in our life when we acknowledge the highs, lows and everything in between that could potentially throw us off track.

As someone who is in the trenches with her athletes, I am able to help them unapologetically refuse that running be derailed in any possible way 🤝

💖 Running is THAT essential to us - it helps us show up as our strongest, most confident self - and I am here to make sure that something this important gets the support it deserves.

You’re stuck mentally, physically and - literally.

You’ve been using the same 16 week plan for each half marathon.
You’ve been running your runs at the same pace every single week.
You’re using the same program that got you to cross the marathon finish last time…

But wondering why you’re not making progress *this* time???

Our bodies are so smart that they learn, perform, and then adapt and adapt and adapt. Suddenly, progress begins to plateau…

If you are following the same plan, or doing what you’ve always done - you are going to be stuck, literally.

If you want to start making improvement, or at least change from the “stuck”, start with one small tweak.

✅ One less day running, and extra day of rest
✅ Run one run slower and another a tad faster
✅ If you’ve been following one program, reach out for another resource.
✅ Not strength training? Add in 1 day a week.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, but if you DO want to finallyyy move the needle, get faster, stronger, make visible improvement… a change would do ya good 👏🙂‍↕️
