t Ali Della Pista only receive financial compensation for Paying Jobs and Positions Contingent under only successful-paying conditions. We do not ask nor require that you sign an Exclusive Agency Contract nor do we ask for upfront agency financial fees. You're considered an Independent Model Contractor and in charge of your decisions. Our only requirement is that you sign an Independent Model Contractor Agreement for each proposed assignment that you accept. Our sole purpose is talents to remain in an open market, for maximized client potential, and to stimulate Growth and Development. Models will be responsible for portfolio and portfolio development, and portfolio updates at their own expense. We have a partner photographers whom we refer, ultimately models submitted their works to Ali Della Pista Agency and we promote the works provided. We do not discriminate, use manipulative tactics, or require out-of-pocket funding from clientele. Our services will not jeopardize or devalue our Professionals and Developing Professional's Integrity, or Beauty, and we pledge to promote all models equally. We feel clients and our Models should have the freedom to market with whom they choose, and while under our Promotion, Recruitment, and Services all Models will be submitted for paid industry positions, and all will be treated and promoted out of Ali Della Pista for Fashion and Success.
