Long live the MQL! So long as it’s not the single ingredient in your recipe 🔑

Katie Martell highlighted some staggering numbers: 81% of buyers feel dissatisfied with their choice of vendor. Marketers often make promises in the pre-sale process but fail to deliver post-sale. Buyers now expect value before and after the purchase, not just during the decision phase 💥
It’s time to rethink how we measure success. Instead of focusing on what works for us (MQLs), we need to focus on what helps the buyer make an informed decision, and on how we continue to support them throughout the process.
