This was an amazing client to work with, and she is right, the process got a little bit stressful. She used an FHA-203K loan to finance her first home. It was a HUD-owned (foreclosure) property that needed some updates, but it was a diamond in the rough. After her first GC (general contractor) bailed, I made sure she had access to the professionals she needed to turn the house into her dream home! She was amazing, she didn't let it discourage her and we ended closing on time despite the stricter FHA rules.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Painting cabinets can be an easy way to change up your kitchen or bathroom without doing a full scale remodel. Depending on the size or the scope of the project you may be brave enough to DIY or hire. Either decision will require planning and prep and could result in chaos and disorder in your home. But I'm a big believer that with a little (or a lot) of planning you can update anything in your home. Painting cabinets may not be for everyone and can be an exhausting process, trust me I know! Depending on the project sometimes it is truly best to hire a pro. For anyone thinking of listing their home with dated kitchen or bathroom cabinets, this is something I would highly recommend. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Wrapped up inspections on this adorable cape in Stratford, CT this weekend. Under contract for the second time within 7 days from listing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My clients initially put their home on the market in July and it was under contract for the first time within five days with multiple offers. Unfortunately, the buyers were unable to perform after extending their mortgage contingency. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
