This isn’t just about a paycheck — it’s about survival, sovereignty, and dignity.

When Native women are paid less, our entire community feels the loss.
Families lose stability. Youth lose opportunities. Our Nations lose the brilliance, leadership, and power our women bring to every space.

Equal pay is not just an economic issue —
it is a justice issue.
it is a safety issue.
it is a Native rights issue.

Today we honor and uplift the Native women who continue to fight for our communities while carrying generations of responsibility on their shoulders.
