It just killed me to see what were once beautiful pieces of furniture, rotting away, broken and sad. I just couldn't stand the thought of taking these 'diamonds in the rough' to the dump. I began repairing, refinishing and re-loving these items to make them useful and relevant again. This practice became a passion for me, and now I not only re-love pieces I find, but I also help people realize the

I’m a day late posting this, but I wanted to share that I’ve been tracking my food for over 500 days! That does not mean that I have eaten perfectly for over 500 days. That just means that I have tracked what I have eaten for 500 days. It’s totally become a habit now. 500 ‘one day at a times’ have added up to amazing things. So if you’re wanting to start, start now and just keep adding those days up.

I didn’t see any Beatles however, I did see quite a few spotless ladybugs, which are good for the garden so hopefully the careful has arrived
