One of the biggest design statements in the Indy Home won’t be artwork or furniture- it’ll be the staircase.

Michael Mercho shares a closer look at the floating stair system set against an almost three-story glass wall, designed to become one of the defining architectural features of the home.

We’re also excited to feature Feeney Inc. Architectural Railings on this project, helping bring clean sightlines and modern detailing to exterior of the home.

What’s one feature that instantly elevates a home for you?

Ever realize your furniture doesn’t fit… after it’s too late?

That’s part of what makes such a game changer.

As Adam Grubb and Michael Mercho walk through the Indy Home, they’re able to experience the scale, layout, sightlines, and flow of the space before a single wall is built- right down to how the furniture will actually fit and function in the home.

It’s one thing to look at a floor plan. It’s another to walk through it.

Would you want to experience your home this way before construction starts?

The cleanest designs are the ones you don’t have to think about.

Feeney Architectural Railings is joining the Build Experience Indy Home- bringing a level of detail that quietly shapes how the space feels without taking away from it.
