This was sentimental moment to see at the 0pening of Michael Bacon's new "Brew Burgers Back Porch." Many Nokomis Grove paraphernalia items including Orange trees in the front entrance. We wish the Bacon's much success with the new restaurant!

Check out this delecious Spicy Jalapeno Mango Cole Slaw we made. Happy Summer!

1/2 cup Terrapin Ridge Jalapeno Aioli
1/3 cup Mango Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Terrapin Ridge Key Lime Pie Jelly
1/2 tsp VOOC Jalapeno Sea Salt
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Honey Roasted Sunflower Kernels
Whisk the aioli, balsamic, jam and sea salt together in a large bowl.
Fold in the cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, onions and sunflower kernels until well coated.
Chill until ready to serve.
