Main Set was 1.9miles at a 12.47 mile pace, again still dragging the feet.

A Cooldown was a 5min walk at 16.57

So I have decided to just pull the trigger. I just gotta tell you, I need to change stuff up with me. Some who know me, will say, dude, you are always changing, so for better, or worst, what’s new here. Well this is completely different, which may for some need a minuet to digest.

Let me get to the point. I have found out, I need more God in my life. Not that anything I was doing was wrong, except I was trying to do without the right support system.
