Washington D.C. United States Supreme Court, on December 10, 2015 DISTRIBUTED for Conference of January 8, 2016: The case of CITIRISE CEO James T. Webb v. United States No. 15-7171. Webb, a (National Builder and Real Estate Developer), for 27 years rebuilt close to 1000 previously vacant and condemned homes located within disenfranchised African American Communities where he also created 10's of thousand of direct and indirect jobs for American Citizens living in some of America's most blighted and most violent neighborhoods.
Many of WEBB's construction workers were veterans and ex-felons who would not otherwise receive the opportunity to work. However in 2012, WEBB was indicted in the EDNC and received a "Defacto Life Sentence" in what WEBB argues is part of the worst [Restraint of Trade] in America's history,-a (50 year old restraint of trade (C4), "against" the purchase, renovation and sale of homes in African American Disenfranchised Communities). This national banking [Restraint of Trade] dates back to the 1960's during the (The Bank-In Movement),- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's "Operation Breadbasket" program birthed in Cleveland Ohio.
WEBB challenges, in his Supreme Court Petition, the denial of over $100,000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Dollars) 2B1.1 Note 3 E Legal U.S.S.G. CREDITS AGAINST LOSS payments made by WEBB, with Collateral and with Cash, as he detailed in his sentencing Doc 146 Page 6-8. The denial of 11.9 Million Dollars of these "same" credits, caused the MASSIVE
GUIDELINES SENTENCING ENHANCEMENT which now deprives WEBB from abiding by a Bifurcated Settlement Agreement that WEBB signed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission from Washington D.C. within the jurisdiction of the Southern Dist. of Florida, the seat of the Contracted Federal Forum for CITIRISE, WEBB and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in "THIS CLOSED CASE" of 2009. The agreement signed by the Federal Government with WEBB, allowed him to continue to rebuild America's disenfranchised communities with his model (THEWAHM) Webb Affordable Housing Model under the CITIRISE umbrella.
WEBB also challenges, within his Supreme Court Petition, the Constitutionality of: This Case, The Bank Secrecy Act of 1990 and The illegal use of SARS Reports to "profile" WEBB, his business, his investors (businesswomen and businessmen falsely reclassified by FDIC banking employees and others, in banking emails, as money launderers).
Ultimately, as promised, (10 years later) WEBB's liberty was taken. WEBB argues that this, Banking conspiracy also [re-engineered and dismantled] WEBB's reputation, his business and even the careers of his own lawyers, all in violation of The Sherman Act as FDIC bankers and others authorized CITIRISE rebuilt homes to be "burned to the ground" and caused over 100 African American families to be forced to leave their rebuilt affordable homes, as 1000's of their jobs within these disenfranchised communities were lost.
WEBB, a former NCCU Student Body President and an Eagle, followed his rearing as he and others, stood up to these powerful forces, but to no avail. WEBB, has filed a blanket REQUEST FOR AMICUS CURIAE briefs, in support of his pro se Supreme Court petition, and for Antitrust protection for himself and his supporters who were damaged by these events. WEBB created JOBS and construction careers for many members of our society within America's disenfranchised communities where unemployment is at or above 50% and where the unemployed residents are simply, sitting targets for radicalization. WEBB, a JOB creator, says " America can never realize Social Justice until there is true Economic Justice, Fair and Equitable, Civil and Criminal Justice for ALL of America's Citizens. AFFJM will give you factual court cases of willful abuses at the hands of out of control judges , State and Federal Prosecutors as defense counsel stand by and fail to object to these willful acts of fraud and other acts of misconduct . The teem here at AFFJM would love to hear your love ones story about their history of violations in their cases , As the world must be informed as to the abuses of criminal justice system . The truth must be told , you and love ones know the facts in your case , However it is the same story for each of us who stand convicted . There over 200k federal inmates , Based on history of constitution violation most of the 200k convictions contains some form constitutional violation . It is time to address these abuses .

How protest the wrong of the courts officials .

1. Obtain a permit from your city hall in most cases it be a fee of only $50.00 for about a week .

2. print flyer that not offensive , But get to the point with as few words .

3. Have a press release prepared and someone who can speak clearly to reports .

4. Pick your hours too pick they will get the most viewers .

5. Send your press release to all news media outlet the day before the pick .

6. all protester must stay within the approved zone of the permit .

7. All protesters should be able state , who the media should talk to , and they are read from the approved flyer

8. How to get volunteer to protesters , the court record are open to the public and you can ask people leaving the jails and the house about the up coming protest as they to be a protester.

9. Advise all protesters no drinking is allowed .

10. You must obey the officers , even if the officers fail to honor your permit , as that is what the courts are for .

These are a few legal means of getting the public attention too the injustice of the criminal justice system . the people must be educated of the fraudulent conduct that go's on everyday , As people are losing their love one's for 10's years at the hands of prosecutor whom violate the accused constitutional and due process with real concerns to the family they leave behind .

The cost of freedom is not high !! it just few minutes of time to say "It is time for change" Let my people receive JUSTICE NOW !!!!!

Dear Editor,
There has been a substantial level of misconduct on the part of the above named individual and I would respectfully request any potential press release to the same. The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has just recently acknowledged a judicial complaint filed with them about the misconduct against the Obama appointee, Federal Judge Arenda L. Wright Allen.
It has been the finding of the Fourth Circuit Appeals Court that legal error in the case of Percy James Tucker No. 2:09-cr-00182 where the following Judge, Chief Judge R. Smith and the since retired judge, Jerome Friedman, for apparent cover-up of said misconduct. The record reflects that Tucker requested assistance from judge Smith, where he was told to do [Smith's job]. The record will further support Friedman's violation of Tucker's rights when he removed himself from the case against Tucker, and after the fact, days later made a ruling on the same case he removed himself from as the case was assigned to another judge .
Legal error extends to the case of Judge Allen questioned ability to represent himself to defend the case against him. Judge Allen ordered Tucker and his counsel to stop looking for grand jury information. The record supported prosecutorial misconduct where Prosecutor, Sherrie S. Capotosto violated Tucker's due process rights when she failed to follow the local Rule-3 by filing a superseding indictment outside of the division of the original indictment, a Constitutionally protected right of the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
Further the record will support a sidebar conference, where Sherrie Capotosto advised fraud on the court by lying about time cuts given to government witnesses outside of the jury presence. Judge Allen agreeing to the misconduct. The record will show that CANNON-3 of Judicial codes of conduct. The record will show that Sal Butera lied on the witness stand as judge and prosecutors never moved to recall him to correct the record of a false statement. When the false statement was brought to the attention of the Courts by Defense, it was judge Allen position that the issue was a matter for the jury to determine. These are simply a few of the many violations that took place during the course of these proceedings.
It is the desire of Mr. Tucker that the truth of these allegations are investigated as I trust this agency will do before publishing any of the information herein. With the support of the media, I can see lady Justice taking a peak at the truth, for just this rare time necessary to change some of the in-justice that happens in the judicial system in America
