The victim was assaulted with a knife and robbed by a male suspect, identified as Chantler Stewart, 23. Stewart had allegedly entered the business, approached the victim and began aggressively assaulting the victim before taking items from the victim’s pockets. Stewart left the laundromat and returned about 10 minutes later while the victim was in the same spot unresponsive. Stewart was observed on video taking a knife and cutting the throat of the victim and taking his shoes.

A South Dakota man is facing several charges in connection to an incident at a South Sioux City laundromat earlier this week.
