On Christmas Day, 2023, hundreds of these letters were mailed from several different blue boxes around the National Mall area in Washington, D.C. These letters were sent to many officials throughout the nation, including every U.S. Attorney in the country, and every Commonwealth Attorney in Virginia. After these were sent I left the United States. I am currently residing in Portugal.

Though safety is a concern, I am primarily here in an effort to stop any revenue flow generated by the fraud detailed in this letter.

VengaGallo was launched in January 2023 and was originally used to expose the shameful way in which Chesterfield County and Judge Scott David Landry handled a court case involving a child predator. This remained the case until November 2023 when the website was revamped to address corruption in Smyth County involving the current Commonwealth Attorney, Phillip Blevins.

Since then I’ve received messages regarding further illicit activity by your government officials involving shell companies and real estate scams. These are allegations made by your fellow citizens however they line up very well with my own observations.

The current status of the website is that it is down. I lost access to the website after December 1st 2023. On this day a cell phone was stolen from my vehicle. The vehicle was sitting at an EVGo charging station located on Cary St. in Richmond, VA. I cannot be entirely sure, but the rest of the devices in the vehicle may have been compromised as well. Due to several circumstances, I am not certain of the security of my current device. For now the website will stay down until some alternative way to access it is achieved.

Almost everything in this letter was posted on the website VengaGallo.com. Including most of the people listed. In an effort to ensure this post is not removed, I’ve redacted all identifying information of any individual listed. Only first names, last initials , and cities are listed. Hopefully that is enough. Other names have been completely redacted for reasons I will not share here.

Police report filed over stolen device. Black, Motorola Pure G prepaid ATT phone. Has not been active since April 2023. VengaGallo believes this device was going to be used to falsely incriminate VengaGallo of a crime per the warnings of one Christopher Swinehart, July 9th 2022. This is not the first device that has been stolen or hacked however this is the first device they have obtained that was not reset and that VengaGallo is not in possession of, compromised emails and social media accounts handed over to Officer Osbourne.

Officer Osbourne did not believe this story but to her credit, who would? 12/19/23 will update later on details of the crime however for now this for future proofing purposes.

UPDATE: We are still working on content, there are still ongoing efforts to silence us. There’s quite a bit going on behind the scenes as we try to work out the best way to disseminate this information. Some info is still sensitive, some we are withholding until we can be sure that justice is underway. In the meantime we’ve reworked the website slightly for streamlined navigation.

This is the kind of feedback we are hoping for. VengaGallo is disseminating all of the knowledge at its disposal but we need help putting the whole story together. Details like this provide a window into what was happening behind the scenes and what continues to happen behind the scenes. They may get away with it, but they are not entitled to their positions. And they are not entitled to your votes.
