Ok so with it being the week of thanksgiving, I want to share a few things that I’m thankful for, so here goes......

1. God for just creating this gorgeous vessel, I mean look at me, in Gods own image I tell you!
2. I want to thank myself for everything that I’ve ever done for this world, being born was just enough.
3. ALL my family and friends because who are we without them?
4. The women who cheerfully donate to the thrift stores. Literally, from the hat to the shoes was thrifted, except the purse, a birthday day gift from sissy
5. Anybody who has ever met me, spoke life and positivity into me, supported, motivated, inspired and/or encouraged me, I love all of you!
6. Of course and and last but not least...

Can you believe that we are literally one holiday away from the New Year, get us out of here right? I wish there was some reset button that we can press and everything could go back to normal where covid didn't exist, we didn't have Donald Trump as a president and outside was open backup, granted, it's getting cold and I personally prefer to be inside during the cold months but still, give us FREE!

And because it is thanksgiving week, I still want to give thanks and in this episode, of course I share those things that I'm truly most grateful and thankful for and encourage everyone to buy black this Black Friday. rotate that dollar back in the black community and find a black business to support.

Also in this episode, I talk about grounding, being off balance and the measures that I'm taking to gain that control with some self care practices this week.

Now we can talk about my new growth and these locs done by or my new growth of no longer beating men although I’m 🤏🏾 close to wildin out like oh boy did at salt bae restaurant, I told y’all, “I need a therapist” on did y’all listen?

Don’t forget October is month, don’t y’all be putting y’all hands on somebody son or daughter NOR talking to them crazy on some verbal or mental abuse either, we know how them slick talkers can be, got you questioning if it’s you, it ain’t and they need therapy too!

Love you louder, to me, is putting your mental, physical and spiritual needs before others. Knowing fully who you are and being able to understand that every decision you make is for your greater good. It’s the ability of being fair to yourself and parting ways with those things that no longer serve you. It’s getting out of your own way and clearing the path so that no one else can.
