The saga continues.

Armed Forces Brewing Co., the controversial military-themed brewery that shut down its Norfolk headquarters earlier this year, has sent cease-and-desist letters to five of its most vocal critics, threatening legal action.

The letters accuse the recipients of defamation, interfering with business relationships, and intimidating customers. AFBC claims their actions were part of a “coordinated effort” that ultimately led to the brewery’s closure.

The brewery’s CEO, Alan Beale, has long blamed a “local woke mob” for shutting down operations in Norfolk. But financial records show the company had been struggling long before it moved to Virginia.
