But what makes this book truly special is the people we meet along the way.

Whether we've known you for years or just a few minutes, there's a place for everyone in these pages. It's a little piece of our journey that we get to fill with the people who make our adventures so memorable.

One of our favorite parts of the Carolina Renaissance Festival is Chateau Hibbele Kitchens!
They're always serving up some of the freshest and most delicious food at the faire!
Over the last 3 years, they've become a staple of our channel, and we always look forward to stopping by to see what they've got cooking!
