'Anexikakos' - Biblical Greek for 'enduring evil.'

Out November 25 (on all streaming services, Bandcamp, and digital stores), "Anexikakos" is the first full-length EP from Revenira, a band founded by Ryan Kopka (Neon Discharge). Revenira originally aimed to demolish the boundaries between the concepts of a band and a DJ by making a fusion of alternative rock and traditional progressive trance. Currently, with "Anexikakos", the band's thesis is that of marrying the genres of electronic, industrial, and metalcore in a fluid manner.

"Anniversaire" starts off the EP in a hybrid cinematic fashion. "Vindicator" smashes through the gates of hell with a triumphant fusion of pop and metalcore, and is a collaboration with Diontre, a fellow producer, friend, and brother in Christ. "Warpaint Honor" is a track fusing 80s punk hardcore riffs with the electronic style of drum & bass, and was melodically formed from a song in a dream that Kopka once had. "Network" is the story of the breakdown of couple in an alternate technological future, to the backing of dark future garage-esque atmospheres and drum fills. "More Than Clay" is an industrial rock track fused with elements of the underground "wave-trap" music movement in modern Britain. "Dirge" is full on metalcore, married organically with elements of trance and dark ambient. Finally, "Deliverance," drives home the EP with a reminder of even better things on the horizon.
