Family hear this word:

Proverbs 14:1 says,
“The wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her own hands.”

This scripture is deeper than a simple contrast — it is a prophetic picture of what God is calling every home in Kingdom Come Dallas to become.

A WISE WOMAN — “ISHAH ḤAKAMAH”

In Hebrew, a wise woman is not just intelligent — she is spiritually skilled, discerning, emotionally mature, and able to see what others miss. She creates atmosphere. She shapes the climate of the home. She builds peace, stability, honor, and spiritual legacy.

The word “builds” (banah) means to establish, fortify, restore, and even build a dynasty.
A wise woman is not decorating a home — she is constructing a spiritual legacy for her children and her children’s children.

A FOOLISH WOMAN — “EVILETH”

The fool in scripture is not someone uneducated — it is someone unteachable, driven by emotion over wisdom, easily offended, prideful, stubborn, and reactive.

The Hebrew phrase “pulls it down with her own hands” pictures someone who slowly dismantles their house brick by brick through cycles of:
• reaction
• attitude
• unhealed wounds
• offense
• emotional instability
• refusal to change

This is self-sabotage — not because they don’t love their family, but because emotions, not wisdom, guide their decisions.

THIS WORD ALSO SPEAKS TO THE MEN

This scripture highlights a principle:
Whoever carries the atmosphere determines the direction of the home.

Men can build or destroy just as powerfully through:
• withdrawing love
• shutting down emotionally
• leading inconsistently
• responding in anger
• failing to disciple their home
• giving place to pride or passivity

A home is either strengthened by two hands or torn down by two hands — but it takes unity to sustain it.

THE PROPHETIC WORD

The Holy Spirit is establishing a new culture in our house:

A house of builders. A house of wisdom. A house of peace.
A house where cycles are broken and legacies are built.

No more emotional reactions guiding marriages.
No more tearing down atmospheres through old patterns.
No more agreement with wounds, offense, or pride.
No more disorder in the home.

God is forming husbands and wives, men and women, into builders:
• Builders of unity
• Builders of honor
• Builders of emotional safety
• Builders of spiritual legacy
• Builders of strong atmospheres
• Builders of homes where the Holy Spirit rests

Your hands can build or break.
Your voice can construct or destroy.
What you feed grows. What you starve dies.

choose wisdom.
Choose unity.
Choose to build.

Together, build the kind of home hell cannot tear down.
Your house is not collapsing — it is being rebuilt by the Spirit of God.

How we receive salvation.
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Pray from your heart
Lord Jesus, I admit I am a sinner. I need and want Your forgiveness. I accept Your death as the penalty for my sin, I believe in my heart that God raised you from the dead, and recognize that Your mercy and grace is a gift You offer to me because of Your great love, not based on anything I have done. Cleanse me and make me white as snow. By faith I receive You into my heart as the Son of God and as Healer, Savior and Lord of my life. From now on, I no longer live but You live in me, I am a new creation.
I pray this Jesus in your glorious name, Amen

Gracious Loving Father,
We come rejoicing with our hands lifted up and our mouth filled with praise. For You are still God on the mountains and God in the valleys, no matter who won the 2024 elections. Thank you for the opportunity to get the right to vote. It was our privilege and duty to take the time out to vote. It was our greatest opportunity to honor You in praise and in prayer. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to take this time to honor You. Thank you for Your precious presence in this world. Thank you for Your mercy and abounding favor on America. Help us to carry You throughout this world. Thank you for Your peace, for Your people where weary.
Lord, thank you for the United States of America and for America’s freedom. I don’t know if anyone else thought like me, but I really didn’t realize how important freedom was until we almost lost it. Thank you for loving mankind and for hearing our prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen!!
