There are some people you meet on this app, and they change your business. Jennie of the has been one of my longest most consistent clients.

She jet-setted me into the market and because of her, my referrals went 📈

From 5AM window displays in the dark to social media strategy over the counter to giveaways and texts and photos, she has given and done so much for so many!

Also I should say that my husband said “these are my favorite chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had what will I do now”

Today is ’s last day open and I hope she sells out in one hour tops. Give her all the love she deserves as she + her fam move towards new goals and dreams.

VULNERABILITY TIME ——— With everything going on in the world, the banner giveaway I’m doing right now feels downright surface-level and a bit stupid to do.

Mass killings in AUS and the States (this weekend alone). Violence and war and hunger and presidents and devastation.

In my head this Instagram social media banner thing just feels silly…with all of this, everything going on.

I’m just here to say that it does not go unnoticed.

My heart breaks as I know it does for so many of you. I don’t know what else to do besides donate, talk about it, and call my reps.

And then do what I do (best in my opinion): hopefully spread a little joy with Sage & Oak + be a kick a__ mom and partner.

Because in a world that feels dark a lot of the time, I don’t take the celebrations for granted. Like Barb and her 90th.

So in a world of sadness, maybe these banners and this giveaway will bring joy.

If not, it’s okay to skip this and move on. Because it’s okay and valid and you are loved here.

If you’ve been writing “From Santa” in your own handwriting and hoping your kids don’t notice… this is your sign to switch it up.

Here’s how to write like Santa (or let’s be honest, Mrs. Claus or your favorite North Pole elf) so the magic stays alive a little longer.

All you need is:
• a different lettering style (I use fonts from Canva!)
• slowed-down Sharpie strokes
• a few playful curls

It is VERY important that you do not get too freaked out and instead say she sounds cool and you should go for a run and get coffee sometime. It will change your life.

Maddie saw me on a local TV segment in Baltimore talking about a workout group I co-led, and she showed up because she wanted to be my friend. She thought I seemed cool (lol joke’s on her).

Now it’s 10 years later. Weddings. Houses. Babies. Trips.

I had the honor and privilege of spending 24 hours with my best friend seeing (& ) in Boston, stay in a hotel away from our kids, have a fancy dinner and drink lots of wine, and gush over our love for each other (then treat ourselves to .adam hair pieces).
