IT'S TESTIMONY TIME!!

If you’ve talked to me ( Linda Camille Brinson) in the last few months, you’ve probably heard me say “I'm moving to Savannah soon, but I don’t have a lease signed yet. I’m living by faith not by sight “.

Well Id been praying for an apartment that I could move into on July 19 since my current lease ended on July 21. We were getting down to the wire and I had no signed lease. But I told two different people during church service on July 13th: “ I’m moving to Savannah sometime this week… no I don’t have a signed lease, but I’m really just living by faith and not by sight”. During that same service my pastor, Bishop Finace Bush, Jr. did a called offering for $85. This was probably the second time in my entire life that I felt like God wanted me to give the specific amount for a called offering. I didnt even have $85 in my account (I over drafted), but I was obedient anyway. I took notes during service and the last thing i wrote down was: “Anytime God shows up at the last minute Hes about to bless me beyond measure”.

It was the last minute.

July 14- God blessed me AND my little sister with housing provision beyond what we couldve asked for. And I’d been asking for a lot. The apartment that was approved for us is an apartment that I looked at just for fun in July 2024 and I fell in love with. I had decided in my mind that I just wouldn’t be able to afford it and would need to wait a couple of years. WRONG. Its mine now. Also, I was able to get insurance cheaper than originally quoted.

July 15- I got to see my new apartment and it was perfect. I moved into it July 19 so that I was not houseless in between leases. It is also is an ADA unit. Which means that all of the cabinets are eye-level, which is one of those things that displays to me that God really does care about the quiet desires that we have. I have always wanted eye level cabinets.

July 16- I had the money that I needed to pay the apartment deposit, got a brand new out the box bed frame for $85. And I was given an entertainment center that matches my living room decor that I already have for FREE.

July 17- I got a PROMOTION AT WORK. Starting in August I’ll be full time,salaried, and in an entry level leadership position. With health benefits. Additionally, my grandmother messaged me to tell me that she and my grandfather had bought EVERYTHING on my list of things that I still needed for my apartment.

God has always shown up for me in His perfect timing. I was never worried when it looked like I wouldn’t have an apartment when I needed it because God supplies all my needs because my needs align with His riches and glory. So lets glorify God for my new home, provision, and joy in this season🩷
