Proud of this dude. Came to me and said, hey help me workout and get in better shape. It reminded me of before the marines when I used to help people train and how much it personally motivated me. He's been dieting and training with me every day and has lost over 12 lbs. Already just in this month. One thing I thoroughly enjoy about the marines is that we all push each other to be better and be better versions of ourselves. It's literally the same comradery that drove me and pushed me when I was in the gym in the civilian world.
