A fresh start or a new beginning is not necessarily a new place, a new person, or a new job, or a new mindset. Start there, and the fresh start will happen naturally everywhere else.
Remember, sweet ones, your journeys will sometimes take you to places that you never expected. You will outgrow old ideals.
There will be new things that come into your life that you never expected but will absolutely love.
Sometimes, when you change old habits, you will find new places to explore and meet new people.
Learn to trust in and have faith in the unknown.
When you have those moments of doubt like maybe you're not feeling good enough. Sweet ones. Stop for a minute, take a deep breath, and be proud of yourself for getting through today!
No matter what happened, you did it, and tomorrow is a fresh start with new opportunities.
In this time you're in. Your body is more attuned than it has ever been to everything that surrounds you. Acknowledge those feelings, learn to recognize them.
In this chaotic time of constant, consistent moment by moment change. Learn to find a quiet moment in a quiet place when you can for those deep breaths and brief pauses.
