WHB Concert and Production Services is looking for full time, part time, and freelance audio engineers with two or more years of experience running sound for concerts and live events. Candidates should have a working knowledge of professional audio equipment and PA systems, and should be able to identify, troubleshoot, and repair technical problems as they arise.

The majority of work will be as an onsite audio technician and engineer for our installed venue systems. Responsibilities include: setting up consoles, mixing at FOH or monitor positions, and field maintenance of all audio systems. Must be able to interface with venue production managers and tour personnel in a professional and courteous manner. Technicians must maintain clear communication with WHB regarding the status of audio systems.

Additional skills in system installation, networking, drafting, rigging, lighting, and/or video are a plus.

Candidates must have regular weekend availability. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Most work is centered around the seacoast of NH and the greater Boston area. Candidates should have a working knowledge of professional lighting equipment and lighting systems, and should be able to identify, troubleshoot, and repair technical problems as they arise.

The majority of work will be as an onsite lighting technician and operator for our installed venue systems. Responsibilities include: set up and programming/operation of consoles, assisting tour personnel with set up of tour packages, and field maintenance of all lighting systems. Must be able to interface with venue production managers and tour personnel in a professional and courteous manner. Technicians must maintain clear communication with WHB regarding the status of lighting systems.

Experience with AvoLites consoles is preferred. Additional skills in system installation, networking, drafting, rigging, and/or video are a plus.
