Organeyes Rhyme Entertainment is an independent record label, epitomized by a particular Vibe and Resonance within the music community at large.

Vibe /vīb/ Noun: A person's emotional state or the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others. Resonance /ˈre-zə-nən(t)s, ˈrez-nən(t)s/ Noun: 1) the intensification and enriching of a musical tone by supplementary vibration; 2) a quality of evoking response via richness or variety as a form of significance, especially in evoking an association or strong emotion. Resonance is found

in all things, from the concrete of the street and the chatter of a subway car, to the bass of a fresh beat; it’s in the rhythm of life that binds all things. Organeyes Ryme is more than a label, more than any imprint or lifestyle brand, it is a collective movement in pursuit of a particular frequency, an exceptional form of resonance throughout music, propagated by musicians, artists, and the communities and fans that support them and disseminate the message and Vibe created by them. Organeyes Rhyme is a movement to create the Vibe we search for. It's a movement intended to capture those rare moments when you actually feel alive, sense your vitality, and a pursuit to replicate that sensation in the form of music. It's a movement with the desire to reveal the facade of a musical and cultural reality we've been convinced to believe is true. Nearly two thirds of Spotify listeners use the free version. 79 percent of their earnings go to record labels, producers, songwriters and artists. It's a business that's never made money and they've successfully renegotiated with the record labels in an effort to reduce what it pays in royalties. Spotify can't grow unless it offers a free version, but that doesn't generate enough cash for the labels, artists or Spotify. Labels and a lot of artists don't like to give away music for free, but very much need a music streaming service like Spotify to succeed. It's somewhat of an unhealthy co-dependency. What's the cure?

Spotify's much-anticipated debut on the New York Stock Exchange arrived today — but the company has never made a profit. To do so, it needs to predict, and define, the future.
