Interviews are something we specialize in, and a few years ago we had the unbelievable opportunity to sit down with a true legend, Maddalena Riboli.

Maddalena was a trailblazer in the wine industry. She broke barriers by opening some of the first ever wine tasting rooms in California during the 1960s and led a female driven distribution company at a time when the industry was overwhelmingly male-dominated. She transformed challenges into opportunities and never settled for anything less than what she believed was right. Throughout her life, she demonstrated what it really means to chase your dreams with passion and purpose.

Her motto was “Work hard, love your family and always keep moving forward.”

Today would have been Maddalena’s 102nd birthday. Unfortunately, she passed away just a few months ago, but not before leaving a legacy of love, perseverance and undeniable badassery.

She was and still is an absolute inspiration and role model to our team, so today we raise our glasses and cheers to the amazing Maddalena Riboli.

We are so excited to debut the film festival poster art for Song For Hope!

Introducing our movie poster for the 2022 film festival season! This work of art is one of three bespoke pieces designed for our film by master poster artist and friend, Jeroen de Waal. Starting at Beaufort International Film Festival next month, it will travel around the world with us, promoting the movie and its message of music and hope to audiences everywhere.

Everyone starts somewhere. Charlize Theron started her filmmaking career in the 1990s with her break-out roll as the haunted wife of an unusually successful lawyer in the horror drama “The Devil’s Advocate”. Now, she is an Academy Award winning actress with the ability to morph herself into a wide range of characters from the overwhelmed mother of three in Tully (2018) to the badass antagonist of the Fast & Furious franchise. Her efforts in activism by supporting women’s rights, same-sex marriage and the fight against HIV/AIDS have lead her to be named Messenger of Peace by the United Nations and one of Time Magazine’s top 100 most influential people in the world.

As we continue to rebuild/grow through this pandemic, we hope to one day be able to make a positive impact on the same scale as Ms. Theron.

She may have worked on the production for the latest seasons of Unsolved Mysteries on , but it’s no mystery as to why Karla Marie Wilson is such a treat to have on set. Being the funny, smart, super-organized and overall positive person that she is, we’re glad to see her anytime she can fit us into her busy schedule 😉

In this photo, you see one of our favorite team members, Brendan Sweeney, capturing BTS content on a recent shoot for FUSE Entertainment.

Brendan has been part of the Orange Robot family since the very start and we couldn’t be happier about it. (He also celebrated his birthday earlier this month, so happy belated birthday, big guy! 🎉)
