Cold peperoncini charcuterie nachos with a peperoncini ranch drizzle
I used:
Salt and vinegar and jalapeΓ±o chips
Freshly grated pecorino Romano cheese
Creamy Brie from
peperoncinis
Crispy prosciutto
Chives
Peperoncini ranch
I ate cold but you can also bake it up if you prefer!
Peperoncini ranch:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp buttermilk
Small bunch fresh dill
Small bunch fresh green onion
Small bunch fresh parsley
1/4 cup peperoncinis
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
More buttermilk as needed to get to desired drizzle consistency
S&P, to taste
*Blend ingredients together with an immersion blender.
