Initially, we thought this client's G 63 was paid off. Then, as more details came forward, it became clear that there was some serious negative equity at play, and they wanted to put barely anything down on a move to a GT3 RS. That wasn't gonna happen. Could we still get a deal done?

Was I demoted? No! I am still the GSM, and now I have a new wingman named Colin to take things off my plate so that I can be more engaged with my team. It's been an adjustment, but it's been wonderful.
