The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office needs your help in locating Michelle Woodbury (DOB 07/22/69) of Massachusetts, who was scheduled to fly from Fort Lauderdale to Boston on August 17. Family noted she did not board the flight and return home.
Woodbury is known to suffer from bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and substance abuse. She is medication non-compliant.
An investigation revealed that on the afternoon of 8/17, a call for service was placed to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office involving Woodbury refusing to exit an Uber at the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall. The altercation was resolved, and this is the last time Woodbury was seen prior to her family contacting law enforcement.
Woodbury is known to spend time along 41 in Charlotte County, where she has many transient acquaintances from her time spent in the area in April. Specifically, family members noted she likes the Paddy Wagon Irish Pub and is known to stay at motels in the area, or sleep at parks/in bushes.
