Tomorrow when you pray over your food, do it in faith and simply follow what the apostle Paul said in today’s verse and receive it with Thanksgiving. Praying in faith over your food, allows it to minister nourishment, and strength to your body. When you receive it with Thanksgiving in Jesus name, it is sanctified set apart for your use.

This means ANY yoke of bo***ge in our lives (discouragement, despair, grief, poverty, sickness, addiction, etc.) can be destroyed when we adopt an attitude of thanksgiving. It shifts our mindset from waiting and worrying to expecting and praising, by affirming our belief in God's promises before they are physically seen. Friends, having an attitude of gratitude is spiritually vital because it is a direct expression of our faith, and it glorifies and it magnifies God, AND it is essential for our continually experiencing God's presence and blessings in one's life.
