Things People Don't Want to Hear, But Need to Hear:

1. You can't heal in the same environment that broke you.

2. “I'm sorry” doesn’t fix repeated disrespect.

3. Some people only love you when you’re struggling—because it makes them feel needed.

4. Growth will cost you comfort, friendships, and the old version of you.

5. You can’t pray for peace and still entertain chaos.

6. Your childhood wasn’t your fault, but your healing is your responsibility.

7. God is not going to bless a mess you keep choosing to stay in.

8. If they wanted to, they would. Stop making excuses for grown people.

9. Your potential means nothing if you keep procrastinating.

10. Being “strong” all the time is keeping you from being real—and healing.

Every day, I’m choosing to show up as the most honest, bold, and authentic version of me. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.
